We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive/Senior Executive, Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our properties, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales and marketing skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibility

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Generate potential leads, identify and engage with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties and addressing their inquiries.
• Achieve sales or marketing targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Coordinate for after-sales communication and official matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

  Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets
